While this guide follows my adventure with the Note 3, I am trying to make it as generic as possible for flashing any Qualcomm-based phone (Note 1/2/3, S1,S2,S3,S4, HTC One etc…) to PagePlus using DFS. I made away like a bandit, getting this flagship phone for half its MSRP and nearly the same price as phone subsidized on a 2-year contract. I took a chance on a used Sprint Note 3 with a bad ESN (doesn’t matter if flashing it to verizon) and a “Locked SIM.” A few dings around the bezel (but not a scratch on the screen) only sweetened the deal further. Fortunately, PagePlus users tend to be frugal, and I’m no exception. The Samsung Note 3 is currently the best specced phone available running Android. Now that it’s pushing 3 years old, retirement is all too gentle a fate. Even when released, it was the result of a 3-way compromise between Google, Samsung and Verizon with the loser being the customer. Then it finally hit me: the galaxy nexus is a piece of crap. After finally getting my Galaxy Nexus flashed to PagePlus and up and running with 3G data, I thought I’d be set for a while. I try to make my tutorials as noob friendly as possible, if you still have doubts or confused, don't hesitate to ask.Well, that didn’t last long. Your phone should reboot and if your phone is capable of taking a RUIM SIM, all features like voice sms and data should work at this time. Put the sim on a old phone and activate it using *228, or take the sim to Webworld and ask them to activate it for you.Once the mode is changed from NV_ONLY to RUIM_ONLY as shown below marked in red, select write marked in yellow & finally select Reset at top right corner of DFS marked in pink.

I did *228 on Samsung Corby & started using Nano RUIM on my HTC M8 but Only Voice & SMS working,no data. Unfortunately I have not got any other Nano RUIM with DATA working to test with my HTC M8.Īfter retaining the MDN on Nano RUIM i tried to dial *228 on Sprint HTC M8, but after selecting the English option the call disconnected suddenly without completing the full activation process & Mobile restarted automatically & I tried this several times I got the same result & after swicthing Mobile ON I was not able to make outgoing Calls it Said "Contact reliance Customer Care" & I was not able to receive the Incoming also it was saying "Mobile is switched OFF". I checked this RUIM card on HTC 516C handset ,EVDO data is working perfectly. I tried on all the Network Modes ,CDMA Only,LTE/CDMA & Automatic. When i try to connect data on my mobile it says "Turning on " & i can see 3G icon at the top of the screen & after few second it show "Disconnected ". I am using RECRUC06 series Original Nano RUIM card & Mobile Android Version is 4.4.3. I am using Sprint HTC M8 with Reliance CDMA RUIM card,Voice & sms working fine but no Internet service on handset.
